A consistent relaxation-through-color routine, such as the Serenity Sphere Guided Calming Exercise, has been associated with a decrease in stress and anxiety levels. 

Guided Calming Exercise

  1. You are encouraged to find a comfortable position
  2. Hold the globe in your hands and gently turn it upside down once 
  3. Place it somewhere in view
  4. As you notice the flitter fall, invite yourself to be present in this moment 
  5. With every inhale taken, envision this color entering your body
  6. With every exhale, envision the color gradually spreading throughout your body
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the flitter has settled to the bottom
  8. Continue this exercise as often as you would like

Globe information

Care of Globes

Keep your globe out of direct sunlight. Sunlight shining through the water acts as a magnifier and can cause a fire.  Sunlight can also cause the water to discolor. Dust with a soft cloth. Glass cleaner is fine on the globe.

CoolSnowGlobes are made of glass and are NOT TOYS .
Suitable for ages 7 and up. Should be used under the supervision of an adult or therapist with all children.
 
WARNING:
The liquid in the globes is purified water with glycol added to prevent freezing. Anti-bacterial is also added to keep the liquid clear. While the liquid in the globe is safe for humans externally, it should not be ingested!

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders without approval.

Please examine your merchandise immediately. 

Damages or defects need to be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of shipment by emailing photos of the damage(s) and lot#s on base of globe to - chill@coolsnowglobes.com 

Acknowledged claims will be issued a credit or replacements promptly.
